Room "GROSS REKEN
The Old Office House offers a quiet location in the centre of Groß Reken. Take a break from everyday life in the state-approved Reken resort and enjoy the Reken air in the countryside.
This spacious room on the 1st floor is called "Groß Reken", named after a district of Reken. You can make yourself at home in this 23 m² room. The modernly furnished room is equipped with design flooring and has enough space for two people with its comfortable double bed. On request and if booked at least 1 day before arrival, the room can also be booked for 3-4 people. In this case, a sofa bed is available. Optionally, a travel cot/crib for children up to 3 years of age can be booked for a one-time surcharge of 15 €. The room is equipped with an LED 4K Smart TV with which you can comfortably use streaming services such as Netflix, Maxdome and Amazon Prime. Directly connected to the room is the approx. 2 m² bathroom with shower, toilet, washbasin and hairdryer. A small selection of care products is available for you in the bathroom. The hallway leads to the spacious communal kitchen, where you can use the full equipment such as pots, coffee maker, dishwasher, fridge and freezer and other utensils. The kitchen also contains an LED 4K Smart TV.
The Mensing bakery is located on the ground floor and offers fresh breakfast, lunch snacks and cakes every day. Here you can optionally book breakfast during your stay. You are also welcome to take your breakfast upstairs and enjoy it in the communal kitchen with free coffee. You can also find more breakfast information here: "Café Mensing".
After just a short walk, you can reach shopping facilities such as a supermarket, drugstore or even clothing shops. In approx. 200 m you can also reach the pizzeria "Milano" as well as the restaurant Schmelting and the restaurant Schneermann with delicious home cooking. There is a safe place in the basement of the house to park your bicycles and to charge your e-bikes.

Benefit from our easy check-in, so you are flexible in terms of time and independent. Without staff on site, booking rooms is possible via the internet. After you have booked online, you will receive an email with the code that allows you access to the building and the rooms. This allows us to offer you 24H check-in, as we do not need a staffed reception. Check-in as easy as with an airline. Wherever you are travelling, check in flexibly and save time by mobile phone. The “Altes Amtshaus” welcomes you only about 8 km away from the A31-exit Reken.
