In 1842 the bakery was founded by Franz Mensing in Ramsdorf. Over the years the bakery expanded and extended its locations in the Borken district. In the meantime, the traditional company employs numerous employees at various locations in the region.
Together with the Mensing bakery and the Old Municipal House, tradition and history unite to form a harmonious overall concept. On the ground floor of the Altes Amts, the Mensing bakery with its own café offers space for breakfast, coffee & cake and much more on an area of approx. 70 m². When the weather is fine, the outdoor terrace of the café offers enough space to relax.
